FAST & FREE SHIPPING

OE Premium Wheels provides free standard shipping on wheel orders within the contiguous United States.

Most in-stock orders ship within one business day after payment and order verification. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

We ship using UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. A set of four wheels is normally shipped in four separate boxes, with an individual tracking number for each box.

Although all boxes usually leave our facility together, the carrier may separate them during transit. This can cause boxes from the same order to arrive one or two business days apart.

If only part of your order arrives, please check every tracking number before contacting us.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed.

If a package arrives damaged, keep the wheel, box and all packaging materials. Do not mount or install a damaged wheel. Email sales@oepremiumwheels.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the box, shipping label and affected wheel.
